Day #2

Today was a fun training day!  The whole team came out and we had tons of fun together!
AM Lifting:
Power Snatch
60% of 1 Rep Snatch
2x3
Power Clean and Jerk
60% of Clean and Jerk
2x3
3 max sets of pull ups

then....

Afternoon WOD
for 20 minutes
alternating on the minute
3 heavy front squats
2 muscle ups

Diet was the same as yesterday.  I feel like I dialed it in a bit more today.  Not feeling AS hungry but still getting used to it!
