Morning lifting:
Front Squat 3X5 at 75%
Press 3x5 at 75%

Wod:
30 GHD Sit ups then
4 rounds of
400m run
50 squats
then
30 GHD sit ups

Later I had a much needed massage with my body worker Royal Jacobs for 2 hours!  Tomorrow is definitely a rest day!
