Today was a good day! I had a bit more energy!
There was no lift today but we did a WOD!
We did the following... (women's weight is listed)
5 Clean and Jerks 155#
Run 400m
10 Clean and Jerks 135#
Run 400m
15 Clean and Jerk 105#
Run 400m
I guess the WOD was a ground to shoulder to overhead, but I did not know that ahead of time so I did full squat cleans, which made it spicier! Haha! Oh well... I am an overachiever!
I also had acupuncture today which always makes me feel tons better!
