Lifting:

Snatch
Heavy Single
Press

WOD:  Rest!

PR'd my snatch today!  So exciting!
I have been feeling a little run down like I may be getting sick, so I am pumping up the Vitamin C!

Also got 1.5 hours of body work done by the amazing Royal Jacobs!
I feel so much better!  Every Friday, massage day!
