Day #4

Today was an off day for lifting.

I did a WOD with the team, which was pretty challenging!

5 rounds
2 Rope Climbs
10 Hang Power Cleans (95/65)
10 Push Press (95/65)
20 Burpees

Pretty windy and a shoulder killer but super fun!

Diet looked like yesterday's... yes boring I know!  I am working on cooking some different things so I will post them soon!
